Is it possible to borrow bodysuit and try it out?
Yes! Within the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Norway, you can rent it for 14 days. We have a couple of pieces reserved for these purposes, so at the same time you will see that even washed and worn bodysuit look like new after. It does not lose its color, and most importantly it is more and more skin pleasant due to the properties of viscose, which does not wrinkle and softens the feeling.
How long do the batteries last?
Batteries can last at least 400 charge cycles without decreasing their capacity. In practice, this means that if you use the battery for 10 hours a month, it will last for 4 to 5 years. Then you can simply buy another pair of batteries without bodysuit. Battery warranty is 2 years.
How long do bodysuit last?
The bodysuit is tested for a minimum of 200 wash cycles without changing the conductivity of the fibers that conduct heat from the powerpacks. The warranty for the bodysuit is 2 years. In places of heat points, a depressed line appeared to me. What's going on?
You don't have to worry about anything. There was only a crushing of the conductive wire, which is under the layer of viscose. It is not harmful, and in a few minutes the bruise disappears.
Can I get my points back if I don't fit my size?
Of course. In case the size does not fit you, write to us at info@bodymoody.com and we arrange an exchange together. Please try the points carefully so that they do not get dirty anywhere.
Can heat really help me for menstrual cramps?

Heat has been clinically proven to be a non-invasive aid for menstrual pain by several studies. Can I use heated bodysuit in pregnancy?
Using our heated bodysuit or heated blanket are not dangerous if you follow a few important principles to avoid overheating the body. Always heat to low degrees — for our points to stage 1 on the battery (or 1 to 3 in the app). Use it for a short time (15 to 20 minutes), take a break and alternate warming up your back or abdomen. If anything is uncomfortable for you, turn off the heat immediately. We recommend that you consult the use with your gynecologist.
Tip from us: In the early days of pregnancy, you can wear the bodysuit (without heating), and after the baby is born, the heating / compressing layer will help you hug the tummy while retracting it or healing the scar in case of cesarean section.
Where are the bodysuits made?
Our bodysuits are made in a textile factory in eastern Bohemia. Accessories such as a laundry bag are also sewn by our seamstresses who cooperate with us. Our boxes are custom-made in cooperation with a Czech company in Prague.
Where is the electronics made?
Electronics (Batteries, charger, magnet connector) are made in Sweden by our technology partner Inuheat.

Can you explain more about the costs? What is most expensive about the bodysuit?
The most expensive part is the electronics, namely the battery. With batteries are included with a charger, which is designed to charge both batteries at the same time. In the bodysuit there are also two special magnetic connectors and two heating panels for wireless heating. We selected the highest quality textile materials and tested bodysuit on 200 wash cycles. The magnet did not lose contact, the bodysuit did not pull out or lose color. We expect our bodysuit to last you at least 5 years — then just buy the batteries and you can keep using them.
Do you plan to reduce the price in the future?
Unfortunately, the price for heated bodysuit in the future will not be cheaper - we would have to fundamentally change the electronics or start producing really large series. However, we are planning a second product — a heated belt — with one warm layer and that will be a bit cheaper. We realize that Body Moody products are not the cheapest, but at the same time we know that our products will last for years. And you invest in your health.
How did the whole idea started?
Our founder Katka had problems with bladder inflammation and pain during menstruation. She had her worst experiences at the university when she dropped birth control pills. She always felt supported by warmth in the form of a hot water bottle and a warm blanket to warm her belly and back. However, she could not take this with her to school, so she decided to design the innovative solution as her thesis.
How long has Body Moody been in business and what are the plans for the future?
Body Moody s.r.o. was founded in 2021, but already in 2018 the idea was formed into a prototype and in 2022 the product was launched on the market. We have big hearts that are eager to help, but so far we are taking slow steps forward. We would like to launch a second product in 2025 and focus on making Body Moody products medical devices in the future.
Are heated bodysuits only available in the Czech Republic?
